Novotel Istanbul Bosphorus Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Bosphorus Hotel from January 24 to 29, 2025, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The room cleanliness and comfort were impeccable, providing a perfect environment for relaxation. The staff’s hospitality was exceptional, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. A special mention to Mr. Anil for his outstanding service, kindness, and constant smile, which added a warm touch to our experience.

Location + room space + quiet room

The location is excellent. The front office staff is very efficient, polite and helpful. The breakfast is elaborate. The rooms are clean. Overall, it is a nice place to stay and I would certainly recommend others to stay here.

Location very good as it is facing Burj Khalifa & the fountain. We enjoyed the fountain every night without going outside. Overall staffs are friendly and helpful. Thanks so much to Darwin who is extremely good and responsible. He contacted us few times when we arrived Dubai and to make sure that we reach the apartment without any difficulties. He also found my jacket & money left inside the room and immediately informed me as we are already on the way to airport. He took initiative to sent them by taxi which I received it less than half an hour. Thank you Darwin. You have done a great job.
